2.1 Notification To request a refund, the Client must notify SEO Top-Up in writing, providing all relevant details regarding the reason for the refund request. The refund request should be submitted within the timeframe specified in the service agreement.

2.2 Evaluation Upon receiving the refund request, SEO Top-Up will evaluate the request based on the specific circumstances and the terms outlined in the service agreement. SEO Top-Up may require additional information or documentation to assess the validity of the refund request.

2.3 Resolution SEO Top-Up will notify the Client of the decision regarding the refund request. If approved, the refund will be processed promptly according to the agreed-upon method of payment.

  1. Refund Limitations

3.1 Non-Refundable Fees Certain fees, such as setup fees, administrative fees, or fees for non-performance-related services, may be non-refundable. The Client will be informed of any non-refundable fees prior to engaging our services.

3.2 Third-Party Costs SEO Top-Up is not responsible for any costs or fees associated with third-party services or products that the Client may have purchased independently. This includes, but is not limited to, domain registration fees or hosting fees.

  1. Dispute Resolution

4.1 Mediation In the event of a dispute regarding a refund request, both parties agree to attempt to resolve the issue amicably through good-faith negotiations or mediation.

4.2 Arbitration If mediation efforts fail to resolve the dispute, both parties agree to submit the matter to binding arbitration in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh.

SEO Top-Up reserves the right to modify or amend this Refund Policy at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. It is the responsibility of the Client to review this Policy periodically for updates.
