6.2 Effect of Termination Upon termination, the Client’s access to the Services will be revoked, and any data or content associated with the Client’s account may be permanently deleted at the discretion of SEO Top-Up.
- Governing Law and Jurisdiction
7.1 Governing Law This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh.
7.2 Jurisdiction Any disputes arising out of or relating to this
Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Bangladesh.
- Modifications to the Agreement
8.1 Amendments SEO Top-Up reserves the right to modify or amend this Agreement at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the Website. It is the responsibility of the Client to review this Agreement periodically for updates.
8.2 Notification of Changes SEO Top-Up may notify the Client of significant changes to this Agreement via email or other means of communication provided by the Client. Continued use of the Website or Services after such notification constitutes acceptance of the modified Agreement.
- Entire Agreement
This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between SEO Top-Up and the Client and supersedes any prior agreements or understandings, whether written or oral, relating to the subject matter herein.
- Severability
